Do you know with your OLLI membership you can get a Community Borrower Card (CBC) to access free books and materials check out at the three UNM main campus libraries, including Zimmerman Library ($35 value).
To get your CBC card at the UNM libraries bring your ID and your current OLLI membership receipt with you and check in with a library staff. You can also submit everything via this online form to request the card.
Community Borrowers Information
Borrowing Privileges
- A Community Borrower Card confers borrowing privileges at the UNM main campus University Libraries, and the UNM Law Library.
- A Community Borrower Card does not confer borrowing privileges at UNM Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center.
- Community Borrowers are subject to the loan times and penalties of the University Libraries Borrowing policy.
- In accordance with this policy, items that are not returned or renewed in a timely manner will be declared overdue and subsequently billed.
Access ExclusionsCommunity Borrower privileges do not extend to the following materials and services:
- Laptops and other circulating devices
- Reserve items
- InterLibrary Loan service
- Off-campus access to electronic resources
- Access to study rooms
- Access to University Libraries extended hours services
