Student Profile (Your Account)

How to Create a Student Profile

To create your Student Account, use the link below. You may also call (505) 277-0077 (option 1) to set up your profile or to check to see if you already have a profile. If you have taken prior classes with UNM Continuing Education, you may already have a profile in our system.

Transcripts

As a proof of class completion, you can print out an unofficial student transcript through your online student profile.

  1. Enter your Username* and Password, then click “sign in”.
  2. Click on “my transcript” on the left.
  3. Click the red “Print View” button at the top.
  4. Now choose “Print” from the File menu in your browser. Make sure your student information is current before printing it out.

For a *user name and / or password reminder, or if you need assistance, please call (505) 277-0077. If you have already taken classes with us, you will already have an account (student profile) set up. You do not need to set up a new account.

To request an official transcript, complete and submit an Official Transcript Request Form by fax at (505) 277-1990, by email to ceregistration@unm.edu, or in person to our registration office at 1634 University Blvd NE. Official, printed transcripts require 10 business days and a processing fee of $10.

Note: Although UNM Continuing Education is not required to maintain enrollment records for non-credit classes, we recognize that transcripts are valuable for employment and Certification purposes, so we have made them available to students.

Note: Transcripts are not available for classes taken prior to 2004.


Certificate of Completion

Certificates for class completion are available upon request.

To request a certificate of completion for your class, please email our administrative support group at adminsupport-l@list.unm.edu. Provide the class name and start date along with your contact information and full name as you would like it to appear on your certificate. Our administrative support staff will email you a certificate in a PDF format unless you specify that you need a hard copy. Please allow five business days for your certificate to be created.

Program or Master Certificates

Once you have completed all of the courses listed in your program certificate, contact your program supervisor. Submit a request via email listing the program certificate, your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and documentation of any approved course substitutions. Please allow two weeks from the time we receive your paperwork to process your certificate. Contact your program supervisor if you have questions.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provide a nationally recognized means of tracking your continuing education coursework. CEUs are available for all UNMCE Professional Development classroom courses. Requests must be made within two weeks of course completion and include payment of $100.00. Any CEUs requested after the two week deadline will require a letter of request accompanied by $150.00. CEU credits are not transferable to credit hours. For fees, application procedures, and general questions, call (505) 277-9360.


IRS Tuition Statement for Tax Credit

UNM Continuing Education does not automatically issue 1098-T tax forms for students enrolled in non-credit courses. If you require a 1098-T please email the following information: Student's First & Last Name, Current Address, Phone Number and last four digits of Social Security Number to ceregistration@unm.edu. Upon receipt, UNM Continuing Education will issue you a substitute 1098-T, transmitted to the email on record in your Continuing Education Student Profile.
